Shipping Policy

Purchasing through the official JungKwanJang / CheongKwanJang website (jongkwanjang.com and kgcus.com), you are assured of getting the best quality service that is properly handled according to CheongKwanJang’s policy.

All shipments are shipped from Southern California through UPS Ground service (1–5 business days) or Amazon Ground Shipping (2–7 business days) for the United States, with the exception of Armed Forces (APO/FPO) and Puerto Rico, which use USPS service. If you want to expedite your shipment, there is UPS 2nd Day shipping available at an additional cost.

It takes 1–2 business days for your order to be shipped out from the JungKwanJang warehouse located in California. If your shipping information needs to be modified, please contact us through our contact form.

We offer free shipping on any order over $99. Otherwise, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your purchase. The calculated shipping cost can be viewed at the checkout page.

If your shipment happens to be lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the date the tracking number indicates it was delivered. We will initiate a search and advise you of our findings. Our customer service team will assist you throughout the process.

Unfortunately, we are not offering shipments outside of the United States territory. However, international customers may purchase guaranteed authentic JungKwanJang products from our international channel partner, iHerb.
